The arthouse duo discuss Academy award nominee, Drive My Car, and their feelings on it before discussing this week’s featured films, Norman Jewison’s 1967 racial police potboiler, In the Heat of the Night, and Gina Prince-Bythewood’s 2000 romantic sports drama, Love & Basketball. Both films recently screened at The State Theatre here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and our hosts reflect on just how great both of these flicks really are.
